The company is located in Baoding, Hebei. In 2017, we established a wholly-owned subsidiary named Zhangwu Xingwang Machinery Co., Ltd. who adopts water glass and silica sol investment casting process. Our annual productivity is 6000T of precision castings with over 300,000 pieces machinery ability per year. To expand business, we established new branch in Beijing in 2017. Besides, we have passed the environment impact assessment license in Baoding and the main products are exported to America, Germany, UK, Netherlands, Canada, etc. We adopt investment casting and CAE/InteCAST Solidification Simulation Software. There are 8 advanced SCR intermediate frequency furnaces, 18 automatic wax injectors, 4 quenching furnaces, 4 pit furnaces and 6 annealing furnaces. Quality assurance equipment include optical spectrum analyzer, coordinate measuring instrument, metallographic analysis, computerized hydraulic universal testing machine, magnetic particle inspection machine, Brinell hardness tester, impact testing machine, ultrasonic flaw detector, and salt spray testing machine. We have an independent machining workshop, including 40 sets of equipment such as numerically controlled lathes, CNC lathe, milling machines and grinding machines.
